Distance Education Programs Cost and Methodology
AIPIS offers distance education for diplomas, undergraduate and graduate degrees, certificates, and teacher licensure programs in business, interdisciplinary studies, engineering, technology, sciences and education, among other academic disciplines. AIPIS distance education programs are completed in terms of Competency Units that are full equivalent of credit hours. Our courses are structured into modules that run for 6 weeks each. The distance education courses receive the same accreditation from our quality control evaluators. At AIPIS our Independent Distance Learning Approach (IDLA) provides maximum schedule flexibility, allowing students to enhance their current workplace skills or prepares individuals for career advancements. Fast track programs are available upon request.
Independent Distance Learning Approach (IDLA) students can claim exemptions based on their prior learning knowledge and/or experience. In such cases the student is expected to submit prior learning transcripts and /or documentary evidence of experience. Students interested in claiming exemptions should contact AIPIS admission unit to get course audits and clearance. All exemptions must be claimed prior to starting course work.
At AIPIS IDLA students are offered the opportunity to shop for the recommended reading materials. However, if the student prefers that all course materials be shipped from our book store in Kansas City, Missouri, such service will be available to the students at an extract charge. Contact AIPIS Book Store at info@aipis-edu.org for information and material prices. Students are also advised there may be delays in delivery depending on the geographical location of the student.
The cost of each module is NOT for tutoring or mentoring BUT for mentors to review the student draft/final thesis paper and grading of final thesis paper. The estimated total cost of a bachelor degree program is USD 1,950. Payment in full is highly recommended. However, payment arrangements are available upon request. All fees must be paid in full prior to course completion. AIPIS do not issue official transcripts or degree attestations unless all fees have been paid in full. Students can either pay fees directly or use affiliate institutions to pay**
